Built in the North. Designed for business everywhere.

The platform

Everything a small business needs, in one app.

Most small businesses pay for four or five systems that do not talk to each other, and spend their time moving numbers between them. Pomor is built as one system, on one set of data.

Accounting

Our own ledger, not a licence

Chart of accounts to NS 4102, vouchers, invoicing, payments, trial balance and period locking. Profit and loss and balance sheet under the Norwegian Accounting Act — written in our own code, not licensed in from anyone.

Board work

Governance that keeps its dates

Board meetings, minutes, resolutions and statutory deadlines for every company you run, on one timeline. Filing late costs a penalty fee — the engine warns before it happens, not after.

Financing

Capital without leaving the app

Working capital, overdraft and project funding through our partners — assessed against the books the platform already holds, so you are not re-typing your own numbers into someone else's form.

EierIQ

Who actually owns what

Ownership, shareholders and group structure traced through the layers, kept current, and shared with the ledger. The shareholder register filing draws on the same records rather than a spreadsheet.

Compliance

VAT, tax and SAF-T

VAT returns, tax depreciation, tax computation and the business specification. SAF-T Financial v1.30 above five million in revenue. Screening and KYB where the case calls for it.

Education

Learn the thing you are running

Accredited coursework for founders, built for people who are operating a company while they study it. Progress sits next to the business it is about, not in a separate portal you forget to open.

CRM

Customers and contacts

Customers, suppliers and contact people sit on the same data as the invoices. There is no syncing between a sales system and an accounting system, because it is one system.

AI Agents

Work that does itself

Agents that code vouchers, hunt anomalies in the trial balance, chase overdue invoices and prepare filings. You approve — they do the grunt work.

HelpAdmin

For everyone running several

The operations console for a portfolio: every company you own, side by side, with their deadlines, board work, ownership and accounting review in one place. Built for the case where one business is not the whole job.

The accounting core

Our own ledger — all the way from voucher to Altinn.

The accounting is not an integration against a third party. It is written from scratch in our own code, so the whole chain lives in the same platform as deadlines, ownership and operations.

The filing channels into the Norwegian Tax Administration and the Register of Company Accounts are built and registered, but not yet verified in production. We will say so when they are — not before.

AI agents

The grunt work does itself.

The agents work on your actual ledger, not a generic copy of it. They see your chart of accounts, your history and your deadlines — and they propose. You decide.

Nothing is posted, filed or signed without a human approving it first.

The name

The Pomors traded across the north for three hundred years.

From the White Sea the Pomors sailed west to the coast of Finnmark and Troms and traded Russian flour and grain for Norwegian fish. That trade kept the region alive through winters when no other supply line reached it — built on trust, on fixed routes, and on both sides getting something they needed.

Hammerfest — the world’s northernmost town — sat in the middle of that route. It is the town on the horizon further up this page, and it is where Pomor is from. The goods are different now. The principle is not: make what is hard to reach available to the people who need it.
